For those with a house what's your current rate? Mine is 5.75% obtained about 2 1/2 years ago. I would love to refinance at 5% or less. It would really help me and the family save some serious money. Our mortgage payment is about $2600 a month (that includes our escrow) so a reduction in interest would be great.
