I saw this debate on one site and I wanted to know what your opinion of it was. As time goes on and they build cars that don't require oil (electric or solar or hydrogen or whatever), the need for oil will disappear tremendously. Do you think that, with all the water consumption that occurs, that water may one day be more precious than oil?
Are you kidding? Water is already more precious than oil. You can't drink a big cup full of the crude black stuff.
Right, but water is also a lot cheaper than oil is. That's what the question really is, Archer. Oil is worth more because it is used for cars and heating houses and airplanes and all of that.
Oil is worth more money, but water is more precious.
I am agree with you.We can use alternative of oil like solar energy etc or we can find in future also , but alternative of water may be not possible . Necessity is more important rather then money. As per my opinion water is more precious .
