For those that know me, they know that I am a biology major and I really love it. I was reading an article today that basically takes a skin cell and rewinds it so that it once again becomes a clean slate embryonic stem cell. Basically, scientists can create stem cells without having to kill embryos. I remember that being one of the big arguments against Stem Cell Research: the use of embryonic stem cells. Now that they are not killing the embryos, is it still wrong? Is it still unethical to now do this research or is it finally acceptable? An argument I once heard was that it was going against "God's ways." What do you think? Think that it's about time we have this stem cell research?
