I have been reading this board for quite awhile and decided to finally join in.

Welcome to the boards! What political party do you support or are you an independent?

Thank you both for the welcome. I consider myself a conservative independent but in the state I live you have to be a Dem. or Repub. to vote in the primaries.

Well... I would consider myself a conservative independent as well. Actually, I was a Ron Paul supporter and voted for him in the Texas Primaries... but alas, our lovely two party system made certain he was a non-factor.

Hopefully, in the next election, we will have better choices.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother. Have been on message boards off and on for quite awhile. Enjoy a board that has differing opinions and after reading this board, thought it nice place to be a part of.

Not very intelligent opinions I've seen so far but then, you're entitled to your own opinion. Either way, welcome.
