But you know, you have to give George W. Bush some credit...I don't think any other president managed to screw up the world and piss people off more than him.
Truman was into environmental issues and ecology. I like him.
Madison. He's the only President in American history who presided over a war and didn't orchestrate widespread abuses of human rights, unlike Roosevelt, Bush, Lincoln, etc.
