Whoa yourself. What the [censored] are you talking about? I never said that I was going to kill myself, and I wasn't advocating communism. I was saying that I would rather die for my rights than have none.

Edit: Communism would aim to remove any shred of identity that an individual possesses, and replace it with a willingness to serve the nation. I want to be who I am, and do what I want. If I want to do heroin, then let me. If I want to smoke crack, then let me. It's not harming anyone else. But if I rob someone to get cash for drugs, or kill someone while on drugs, then by all means, punish me. Throw me in jail. Because I knew the consequences, and I fucked up.
When somebody puts in a quote about saying how they would kill themselves if they had to live on their knees in a debate about "civil liberties" and "freedom", it is IMPLIED that somehow the two are connected. And even if you DIDN"T kill yourself (which you are saying), and fought against the government for your rights, you wouldn't really be talking on this thread. So go do crack, do whatever you want, and go to jail. Be my guest, i don't give a [censored].
It's nice that we get to exchange wonderful ideas among ourselves when we all know in reality such a system wouldn't work. For the most part, it would be too [censored] CHAOTIC!
You guys have no sense of how "free" America really is. You don't respect the great qualities this country has. People would die to have their children live in this country... And you guys ask for more. MOre more more more more more more more. And that "more" will screw up this nation.
Jesus [censored] Christ.

First of all, that quote has nothing to do with killing yourself, it has to do with standing for what you believe in, rather than submitting.

And second, I am not advocating anarchy, just like I wasn't advocating communism. Seriously, you go from one extreme to another. And then you talk about the middle ground. And what the hell is with you assuming that I don't appreciate what I have? Why are you demonizing me? Why can't you see that I am a person with beliefs not so different than those held by the founders of this country. [censored]. The founders revolted because they were being treated unfairly. They didn't like what they were given, so they took what they wanted. Now, we're being given the same [censored] again.

And third, why are you getting so worked up over my beliefs?

The name of this site is http://www.debateful.com. If you haven't already realized it, the site is all about debates. I'm supposed to attack your ideas, not agree with them. I know you're not advocating communism but I'm giving you an example. Communism was supposed to be a type of government where everybody was equal and all that, but it backfired completely. This idea you have will backfire for a various amount of reasons. Also, you are going to extremes... Do crack? 100% freedom of speech? What are you, a revolutionary? And I doubt that the founders had similar ideas to yours. They escaped from religious persecution. Are you facing any persecution for anything? You have rights. But as you should know, there are limits to them (murder, stealing, etc.) and conspiring for a 9/11 is among one of those. So is doing crack. Crack doesn't just affect you. If it was just about the health, they wouldn't have tobacco and cigarettes. Crack/ Weed/ and lots of those drugs give you hallucinations, and addictions. Addiction to cocaine and heroine is a lot more dangerous cause you will run out of your money quickly and resort to crime to get more money. In addition, total freedom of speech is chaotic. Going back to the main topic, tapping your phones is just an invasion of privacy. Happens all the time. Any government would do it, America is just being honest with you and telling it straight up to your face.

I would classify myself as a libertarian. In my opinion, I should be able to do whatever I want, and live my life in peace, so long as my actions don't prevent others from doing the same. What is wrong with that?
There is nothing wrong with that and that is exactly how America is like.
Then why can't I legally kill myself?
It would seriously affect almost all the people that you know very heavily and plus all those taxes and your will and all that bullshit.
Let's say that I live alone. I have no friends. I have no family. I have Parkinson's disease. I can not kill myself, legally.
Well still, you're not thinking around the box. Somebody has to come to your house to pick up your body, but since you know nobody, the odor from your dead body could stink up the block. Don't worry, this is one of those exceptions to the rule anyway. I mean, what's the government gonna do if you kill yourself? Put you in jail for life? LMFAO
