Ron Paul - Republicans Against War
Really.... He said something rather interesting that struck a little bit of a nerve on me. He said, "Republicans are anti-war." Really? As far as I am concerned, it has always been the Republicans who have argued for an increase in defense spending. Argued for an increase in military wages and military technology and tanks and jets and boats and guns and armor and bullets and...and...and...Whatever. Do you really think that Ron Paul is being truthful here or is he being another lying politician that we're all used to? Are Republicans anti-war? Does Ron Paul belong in this party? What do you think?

Re: Ron Paul - Republicans Against War
He's just another old guy, like Bush, that doesn't know what he's talking about. At this point, I'd prefer Clinton or Obama before this guy.

I suggest someone research the difference between a Republican, what Ron Paul is, and a neo-con, which is what Bush is. |

Re: Ron Paul - Republicans Against War
Just because he's not in the same party doesn't mean he's the same kind of guy. Look, already blaming and pointing fingers at things he doesn't know anything about.

Ron Paul is blaming people and doesn't know what he's talking about? Prove it. |

Re: Ron Paul - Republicans Against War
Pick up a book called Hunting The Jackal, by Billy Waugh. Then you might understand more about the government you seem to hate so much. Ron Paul says Bin Laden attacked us because we attacked Iraq. Bullshit, Bin Laden hated Iraq just as much as we do. He wanted to topple their government long before we did, he just never got the go ahead. So no, 9/11 did not happen because we bombed a few places in Iraq. It happened because he didn't like us, because we stole his glory and his fame. Read it, and stop reading from all the same websites that support this one guy.
Ron Paul's relevance to Bush? Bush said Iraq was harboring terrorists and had terrorist training camps, when everyone know good and well Saddam didn't want anything to do with terrorists. They threatened his regime, so he had them executed. Ron Paul says terrorists are attacking us out of revenge for Iraq. Sound a little off to you? Thats because it is. |

Al-Qaeda wants to create an Islamic caliphate and unite all Muslims into a sharia law government. The purpose of Al-Qaeda was to topple the Saudi regime, not Iraq. They just used it as a vantage point to stage other attacks. How do you think they got so many Iraqi recruits... probably the embargo that killed thousands of children, and the bombing campaign, and the two invasions against them. 9/11 happened because of our support for Israel, for the dictatorial Saudi regime, for bombing a Muslim country, and having troops in the holiest land to Muslims, Saudi Arabia. We were a threat to his revolution because we support Saudi Arabia, and this is backed up by the 9/11 Commission Report, which I've heard of. |
