Thanks, y'all....sorry, away again. My Jenn is walking, and she has little glitches here and there, but she told me on the phone, "You just wait, Mom. I'm gonna be up and running and kicking [censored] before you know it. I am NOT going to let this [censored] stop me."
My girl is one hell of a fighter! For once, I am glad she is as stubborn as I am. God bless her, she's going to make it!
This little girl has done so much with her little life. "Little" LOL!! She is 6 feet tall and 145 pounds! She's an RN in the Navy and was going for her PA (Physician's Assistant) when the wreck happened.
The trucking company, not the Navy, is paying for her recovery. She's now in a rehab center and out of the hospital. She will be 26 on October 23, and I am planning to go out to CA for her birthday. Her Dad and grandparents shut down her apartment, put her stuff in storage, and her Dad has her dog, a Dalmation named Cookie, and Kory (my grandson) is being cared for by her grandparents and her Dad, who "borrows" Kory on weekends. It's all good, and the trucking company is even sending her grandparents $600 every month for Kory. I send the $75 to pay for the storage bill, and $40 a month to her Dad for keeping Cookie. It's distressing to me to be so far away, and I am glad I can do something to help out.
My new job is hectic but I'm loving it! Keeps me on my toes (and FEET) so much!
Now I'll troll around here and see what's going on!

Don't worry about it. That's why the auto-censor is there to begin with. So glad to hear your daughter is on the road to recovery.

I like the auto-censor feature. Thanks, Labrocca, so am I. It's still going to be a hard road for her, but I know she can get past this tragedy and go on.
